About meta tags
Meta tags are snippets of HTML in your page <head> that describe the page to
search engines and social networks. The title and meta description shape how your result looks in
Google; Open Graph and Twitter Card tags control the image, title and description shown when your
link is shared. Getting them right improves both click-through rate from search and the look of
your links in messages and feeds.
